The call for Abstract for ECCO 2019 is closed.
The online abstract submission must be performed within the deadline, in order to be included both in the Meeting Program and in the ECCO 2019 Book of Proceedings.
Poster Session
POSTER PRESENTATION GUIDELINES
The posters must be in portrait layout
(max 1000 length x 800 width mm; 3,9 x 31,5 in).
Poster material should be well labeled and legible from a distance of 2-3 meters.
The title should be the same as the title submitted with the abstract and appear at the top of the poster.
Organising committee does not print posters on behalf of presenters.
Poster should be exposed throughout the duration of the meeting.
You can hang posters during the partecipants’ registration and take down before your leaving.
Please note that the posters still up after the end of the meeting will be discarded.
Oral Sessions
ORAL PRESENTATION GUIDELINES
15-20 minutes speaking slot with Power Point.
Please upload your presentation during the registration time, the coffee break or the lunch break before your presentation slot and check that the presentation displays correctly.
You can also submit your presentation in advance (even before the workshop) via e-mail to the ECCO 2019 Secretariat.
