Registration
The registration to the ECCO 2019 is closed.
Registration is required for all participants (active participant/audience presence) attending the meeting. At least one author must register for each accepted abstract in order to be included both in the Meeting Program and in the ECCO 2019 Book of Proceedings..
The payment of the meeting fee can be performed after the Abstract acceptance communication. However, meeting fee must be performed within the deadlines, in order to take advantage of the fee reduction (Early payment) and to be included both in the Meeting Program and in the Book of Proceedings.
All participants (active partecipant/audience presence) attending the meeting can be accompanied by one or more people.
The Accompanying persons can attend the social events only (Welcome party and Social dinner) and the payment of their fee must be done contestually with the payment of accompanied person, within the deadline.
Invoices will be handed to the partecipants at the meeting.
If you do not inform the ECCO 2019 Secretariat otherwise, your name and university/affiliation will be put to the invoice.
Meeting Fees for Participants
Early payment (12/04/2019): 250€
Late payment (15/05/2019): 350€
Accompanying person: 100€
