    Research

    Our research focuses on the development of lactic acid bacteria to support both human and animal health. The probiotic strains we have developed address key health concerns, including cardiovascular disorders, allergies, oxidative stress, and immune system function. In parallel, we are advancing the development of postbiotics and plant growth–promoting bacteria to enhance agricultural productivity and sustainability. Furthermore, our work includes an investigation of antimicrobial resistance and biofilm formation in the food industry, with the aim of improving food safety and quality.
