Services offered

  • The main goals of KUKENS are to keep medically important micoorganisms and to maintain genetically standart cultures of microorganisms used to manufacture of industriel products used in the manufacture of industriel products and natural fertilizers and used in investigation in the fields of human medicine and veterinary medicine, chemistry, biochemistry, biology, genetics and industriel microbiology
  • To promote research and investigation on Culture Collections of microorganisms and Applied Microbiology
  • To organize courses, seminars, lectures and other kinds o training program to promote further training of staff working in relevant fiels in public and private institution or organizations
  • To follow relevant activities within the country and abroad, to establish contact and collabration with other intitutions for educational and research purposes and to organize and contribute to international meetings and congress on the subject of Culture collections and Apllied Microbiology
  • To promote and contribute to the establishment of new culture collection centers in Turkey and to enrich the national culture collection of microorganisms
  • To supply public and private institutions with cultures of microorganisms and to be of help in their work and/or research programs.
